These terms of service outline the rules and conditions for using the services offered by VL Hydraulic engineering. by engaging with our services, requesting a quotation, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Scope of services
VL Hydraulic engineering provides hydraulic-related services including but not limited to cylinder repairs, reconditioning of hydraulic pumps and motors, onsite support, custom fabrication, and system maintenance. additional services may be offered from time to time based on operational capacity and client requirements.

Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for a limited time only, typically 14 to 30 days, unless otherwise stated. prices are based on the scope of work and current market rates. any variation in materials, scope, or timelines may result in a revised quotation. acceptance of a quote must be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payments and Invoicing
Invoices will be issued based on agreed project milestones or upon completion of work. payment terms will be specified on the invoice, typically within 7 to 30 days. late payments may incur interest charges or service delays. we reserve the right to withhold or pause work on accounts in arrears.

Service Timelines
We aim to complete all services within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to supplier availability, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. we will communicate any delays promptly. timelines shared in quotes are estimates and not binding guarantees.

Warranty and Quality
All workmanship and repairs are done to industry standards. warranties, where applicable, will be stated in writing. any claims for defective work must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item or completion of service. misuse, tampering, or third-party interference may void any warranty.

Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access to equipment or sites, and any required approvals or safety clearances. we are not liable for delays or issues caused by missing or incorrect client information.

Liability
While every care is taken in our work, vl hydraulic engineering will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. all services are provided as-is unless otherwise stated in writing.

Cancellations
If a service is canceled after approval or mid-project, the client may be liable for costs incurred up to that point, including labor, materials, or administrative fees. cancellations must be made in writing.

Intellectual Property
Any drawings, designs, or technical documentation shared with clients remain the property of VL Hydraulic engineering unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. similarly, clients are responsible for having the right to share any materials they provide.

Confidentiality
All private information shared with us during the course of work will be treated confidentially and not disclosed to third parties unless required by law or agreed to by the client.

Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time without prior notice. the latest version will always be available on our website or upon request. continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the republic of South Africa. any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
